Business Operations Manager
CurrentAs a Business Operations Manager at Xero, I collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to set measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with the company's long-term strategy and short-term needs. I ensure the accuracy of roadmapping and planning artifacts to optimize resource allocation across multiple portfolios and implement key planning activities to align resources, budgeting, and hiring plans. Additionally, I advocate for planning processes and facilitate effective measurement and reporting on the value of Xero's investments, delivering reporting into operational cadence for divisions to drive accountability and support data-driven decision-making. I provide strategic analysis and interpretation of divisional analytics to identify growth opportunities and connect commercial return from product and technology investments to regional GTM plans. I also support teams to more accurately forecast returns from planned investments, working closely with finance partners and ensuring the accurate reflection of forecasts in Xero's long-term planning mechanisms.
