During my obligatory military service, Gate Electronics have given the best bid for Smart Card Project. After the completion of the service, I was recommended by the users and other stakeholders to the team. I worked in this project for one more another year. I contributed in Systems and Data Warehouse Design activities, Test and Integration planning. I was the Product Owner for Card Management and Card Personalization systems.

Product Owner and Systems Analyst for Turkish Armed Forces Smart Card Project. As the sponsor change in the project, I transferred in to Fintek (Ziraat Teknoloji) which is owned by Ziraat Bank, the new sponsor of thee project. I added Data Warehousing, ETL processes, Agile transition to my skillset in this timeframe. I carried my responsibility as Product Owner by defining new user stories and epics for the development team. I played a major role in technical contract preparation activities with the Turkish General Staff officers to define the new generation Smart Card System.

After Meteksan Sistem, I started to work for Turkish Armed Forces Smart Card Project. Borland Turkey was the consultancy firm to recruit agile and eager professionals for the project. I worked closely with the users and officers to develop user requirements, system/software requirements for the project.
