While working as a Senior Product Designer at Jotform, I collaborated closely with my product team in an agile environment. Together, we contributed to design system efforts and resolved UX and UI issues in Jotform’s core product, Jotform Form Builder. I was actively involved in defining feature requirements, writing UX test scenarios, and developing solutions to improve the overall experience.Additionally, I worked on the Admin Console concept and enhanced login flows for Enterprise clients, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive experience tailored to their specific needs.

During my time at Jotform, I designed the Calendar View, Upload View, and Card View for the Jotform Tables project, focusing on user use cases and competitor analysis. I also worked on UX/UI improvements and developed new features within the Table View.Following this, we developed a new version of Jotform Report Builder, beginning with competitor analysis and creating a feature list based on user demands. We launched the product in beta to collect feedback. I played an active role in writing user testing scenarios, analyzing the results, and prioritizing features accordingly. After finalizing the design, we successfully launched the product as a team.After Report Builder, we initiated the Jotform Boards project, where I conducted competitor analysis, defined the concept, and released the product in beta to collect feedback. The project is currently on hold due to Jotform’s shift into a "bug fix year."

I served as the dedicated designer for the Turkcell brand. During this time, we developed mini-applications and campaigns for Turkcell, launched A101’s first market app for its customers, and created a mobile app for Opet. Additionally, I provided design support for the digital visual needs of various brands.

During my 1.5 years at Native, I worked as the dedicated designer for Turkish Airlines. We developed an internal product called Empathy, aimed at keeping employees informed about company news and promoting corporate culture through events and competitions.Additionally, we engaged with users through a competition named Win on Wings. I was the sole designer responsible for visual content across all global social media accounts. Moreover, we collaborated with Türksat Kablo on a new branding project.

During my time at Aff, I had the opportunity to work with over 30 brands on their social media and campaign projects. Among these, I participated as a junior designer in several key projects, including the development of Superonline’s website, Digiturk’s website, and a few other initiatives.

In my first professional role at Euro.Message, I focused on mailing designs. The company positioned itself to allow designers to work directly with clients, ensuring smooth communication. During my time there, I created mailing designs for over 70 brands, including Land Rover, MINI, BMW, Domino's, BMW Motorrad, JW Marriott, Estée Lauder, and DenizBank.
