Lead team of talented founders to a web3 solution to tackle credentialing and continuing education for medical providers.

- Championed RWJ's language service workflows and identified barriers to care for patients with a limited English proficiency. This culminated in a national benchmark on best practices and a comprehensive plan for bolstering language services at RWJ, including recommendations for FTE's, budget size, and performance & quality metrics.- Collaboration with the director during the implementation of the New Jersey Medicaid Waiver, which targeted re-admissions in low-income patients with congestive heart failure. - Key member of a LEAN project improving the Medicare Transitional Care Program. - Collaboration with Development Officer to prepare two grants: one to support the new Accountable Care Organization and another to fund a pilot program that would create a Patient-Centered Medical Home for mental health.

Provided support for payment reform, metrics, and consumer engagement learning centers under the Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative. Investigated and determined recognition/accreditation standards from four existing bodies (NCQA, Joint Commission, AAAHC, and URAC) in addition to state-run programs to make recommendations on some of the most critical elements that comprise a Patient-Centered Medical Home. This included visits to clinics/institutions in Ohio to identify barriers to accreditation and issues transitioning to this new model.

Focus areas included: biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing, and REIT's. I would describe my investment philosophy as conservative, heavy on company and management dynamics, and driven for long-term value.
