- Making monthly, weekly and daily data and performance analyzes for responsible countries, on a category product basis, deciding on the stock mix in the light of the feedback from the customer, and revising their budgets on a monthly weekly basis and if necessary.- To manage the stock mix, budget, differentiated demands, market research, price determination, season transition, shipment, return, discount, and transfer operations in the stores in the countries. I am responsible for by the targets. Checking and revising store sales forecasts. -Establishing a structures to automate repetitive and standardized workflows to effectively manage productivity.- Continuously following the customer expectations based on the changing economic and climatic conditions of the region it is responsible for and taking the necessary actions that will contribute to the achievement of the company goals to follow the economic conditions of the country and the competing prices and strategies.-Controlling/tracking and coordinating logistics shipment movements; ensuring timely delivery of approved reserves to stores and reporting to upper management, actively participating in system improvement proposals.- Revising the budget depending on sales performance, current demand forecast and domestic socio-economic situation. Identifying unmet customer demands and creating action plans related to them.

- Pre-season stock option/range planning of responsible category in line with customer needs, constructing seasonal buying and sales budgets accordingly.- Managing in-season profitability through reforecasting/budget revision, implementing Open to Buy buying strategy.- Creating pricing strategies in pre-season according to performance and competitor analysis; managing markdown activities; identifying products to go on sale and defining level of discount.- Implementing allocation strategies, incorporating the merchandise plan and flow strategy.- Creating and planning product size assortments for each product within responsible category.
