As the Founding Principal of CORBIUS, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm based in Istanbul, I leverage my 16+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and business development to serve selected corporate clients on potential acquisition/divestment projects. I have a strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, a master's degree in finance, and a master's degree in business law.Prior to founding CORBIUS in 2020, I was the Director and Co-Head of M&A at PwC, where I led numerous transactions mainly in manufacturing, chemicals, real estate, and retail. Some of the notable deals I closed include the acquisition of Unilever's Unipro by AAK, the majority share sale of Asas A.S. to Constantia, and the sale of Faz Elektrik A.S. to DCM. I also contributed to the business planning, project finance, and investment banking activities of the firm.
