• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues • Updating the customers about changes in technical specifications and product portfolio• Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education• preparation of technical documents and presentations for customer• obtaining legal permissions from utilities for related products• competing firm analysis

• Work with protection engineers to carry out and review distribution circuit protection setting applications and modifications• Work with system protection maintenance on field testing and commissioning• Conduct general substation protection and communications installation assessments at substation sites targeted for deployment• Review and evaluate protection circuits and equipment• Conduct telecommunications and teleprotection circuit reviews and surveys• Assist with development of transition plans from existing state to target installation and operation in collaboration with project team members• Assist with relay settings access and changes • Access relay event and oscillographic records to support testing of relay• Assist Technicians in troubleshooting protection and control issues as required• Assist in routine troubleshooting and repair of substation relaying and control equipment in Distribution substations
