• Interacting with a wide range of stakeholders• Working closely with departments of Trading, Marketing, Operations, Finance and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical POS solutionsManagement of international application systems which are running on stores, such as Retalix, RSIM and Promotion Builder• Playing a critical role in managing various interfaces and the configuration, testing and support of store systems applications and solutions within local IT and if it’s necessary independently configure adjustments to the systems• Converting change requests which is coming from Stores and HQ Departments into technical specifications for our suppliers• Supervising and facilitating the functional managers in the implementation of new applications and functionalities• Writing documentation and training local IT department with changes in functionalities and with releases of new applications• Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results• Budgeting, expense control
