We are developing frameworks in Mage that developers can easily use to create real-time and multiplayer games. My first role at Masamo, a company that specializes in real-time multiplayer games, involved a significant cloud migration project. We successfully transferred the database and classic dedicated server architecture across 20 regions to AWS Cloud services without any disruptions to the game.To enhance the online experience of HeadBall 2, we rewrote the Game Server system in Go, which resulted in improved Retention and LTV values. Additionally, we fostered a data-driven software development culture within the company, which helped us to ensure that new features were added to the game in a high-quality manner.We also optimized the client architecture developed on Cocos2d, improving the data transfer and serialization steps and resulting in a more stable game. In order to get closer to our users, we developed experimental projects, and to facilitate agile product development, we implemented Extreme Programming techniques and developed a unique Kanban method.Building on our success, we leveraged the new architecture to develop a new game called Basketball Arena, which generated significant revenue in a short amount of time. Overall, my time at Masamo allowed me to gain valuable experience in cloud migration, software development, and project management in the gaming industry.

As an entrepreneur, I embarked on an adventure with just 200K TL in seed capital to provide a new alternative control panel for web hosting companies. With hard work and dedication, I developed maestropanel.com, which supports all major components that can run in a distributed architecture. Although progress was slow, as I coded the entire control panel and developed the business alone, we ultimately succeeded in creating a stable and proven control panel that is now used by all major telecom and web hosting companies in Turkey.Unfortunately, despite our success, we were unable to achieve sufficient growth due to some late business decisions I made. Nonetheless, this experience taught me a great deal. I gained a deep understanding of distributed architecture approaches and became well-versed in HTTP, TCP, and SMTP protocols. I also gained valuable knowledge of the intricacies of Windows and Linux operating systems. Moreover, I learned about the difficulties of selling a product in Turkey and the biases that exist towards local products.Despite the challenges, this experience enabled me to gain insight into both the sociological and technological aspects related to the product. However, I eventually reached a point where I could no longer continue on my own.

Vargonen was a small but influential firm specializing in Web Hosting. We also added Managed VPS products that we built on VMWare and EMC Storage products in Vargonen, which is only Web Hosting and Domain products. We established a structure that we automate from the sale to the delivery of the product, and we achieved high Virtual Server sales in a short time.On the other hand, we acted as an outsource software company and offered CRM, ERP and E-commerce solutions.With the company we established in the Netherlands, we provided streaming services to media organizations.

My first professional job :) The "Websahibi" was a small company when it was founded, we fulfilled the technological requirements very quickly and achieved a rapid growth period and made it one of the leading companies in the sector.While doing this, we established a metro-ethernet infrastructure and built a small datacenter, while hosting the customers dedicated servers here, we developed control panels for the sale of virtual servers and built a robust automation system. On the other hand, when we modernized the web hosting infrastructures and automated processes, we started to serve large masses.Technologically, we created a structure with the following services using perl, classic asp and php programming languages: qmail, vmware, mikrotik, linux, windows servers, plesk, powerdns etc.
