• Creation and changes for powertrain assembly and components in 3D CAD in a PLM system with tolerances and GD&T• Responsible for documentation of detailed design for a prototype, production components, and systems to achieve product specifications.• Guarantees that the parts to be made on the vehicle design validation tests are brought on time, the test process is coordinated with the relevant test units, the results are evaluated and necessary corrections/changes are made in the design• Managing BOM content attribute and change management in FCA Systems.• Evaluate products, parts, processes, DFMEA for cost efficiency and reliability.• Ensure to Develop component technical specifications, DVP&Rs, test plans as well as Statements of Work (SOW) as required with System Engineers of FCA Global.• Management of Modifications on Powertrain Components• Research of new Technologies in PWT area and determine main areas according to Technology Road Map.

FORD H625X AP/JMC GLOBAL CARGO VEHICLE PROGRAM• Coordinating the GPDS conformity of ongoing Body Interior project according to Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) & related timing scale.• Ensuring the completion of master section designs. Checking sections to achieve production, package, safety & FORD SDS requirements. Organize meetings with Design Engineers and Body Engineers for ensuring a feasible surface.• Following test planning (eFDVS, T&D), related buck-vehicle production chase of all Body Engineering teams to achieve all related works done in the planned time period.• Monitoring all part availability, BOM issues, Cad Maturity related with Body Engineering.• Ensure RFQ file preparation by PMT engineers.• Responsible for preparing and presenting the Weekly Program Status report to Body Interior Senior manager and technical managers.
