As the Project Director of Educate, Empower, Cultivate: Agriculture and Livelihoods for Vulnerable Refugee Households Project in MIjale, Uganda, under the Global Development Network Most Innovative Development Project 2023 Prize Award, implemented by Hope Health Action East Africa, I am responsible for the following; ● Planning and organising work, managing resources and monitoring project progress.● Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, taking preventive measures to eliminate or minimise them.● Formalising contracts and agreements with suppliers of services and materials and monitoring them to ensure compliance.● Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and team members, maintaining effective communication with the various stakeholders.● Providing guidance to the team, ensuring coordination and collaboration between the project team and external stakeholders.● Monitoring activities progress and budgets and providing regular project analysis and recommendations to improve the project processes.
