To broaden my understanding of the mining industry and Rambler’s operational challenges, I accepted an opportunity to work within different facets of the operation in a Graduate Training Program.Key Projects:• Surveyed and analyzed data from the mill’s comminution process as part of an optimization study to increase the circuit’s capacity from 1320 t/d to 1728 t/d. • Led a study to optimize the load-to-dump cycle time of haul trucks which contributed to an increase in the mine’s throughput from 700 t/d to greater than 1200 t/d. • Monitored and provided support to a 1262 m3/d effluent treatment plant and tracked water quality to assure compliance with the mine’s environmental discharge criteria.

Capstone Project: • Led a team of 3 to implement a risk-based maintenance (RBM) strategy on the fractionation processing module of a gas processing facility. • Recommended and leveraged Tableau's analytical and visualization capabilities which helped optimize the maintenance plan of failure prone equipment in the facility.
