Ondřej specializes in mergers & acquisitions, real estate & construction (incl. energy projects), secured transactions, distressed M&A and corporate restructurings.He has advised leading private equity investors and financial institutions in connection with effecting and financing acquisitions and disposals, setting up joint ventures or in connection with miscellaneous restructuring activities. He is also versed in the field of workouts and white-collar crime matters.Ondřej is an External Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Prague. In 2017, he contributed as the author of several chapters on security instruments to the much-praised, single-volume Commentary on the Civil Code published by C. H. Beck.
