WHAT I DO: I am a business development and sales expert with a lengthy track record of success both within and beyond the real estate industry. For most of my career, I have combined dynamic entrepreneurial values with the solid foundations that come from extensive expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with all parties involved in any given transaction. I am a licensed attorney and business mediator, and also graduated from the international Certified Financial Planner course, giving me a broad professional basis for approaching each project, in Israel or around the globe. This is the basis that led to the launch of Investo Capital, which gives investors a unique way to partner in international real estate projects.WHO I WORK WITH: I have excellent relationships with real estate developers and contractors around the world, as well as many noted architects, economists, appraisers, and urban renewal specialists. Perhaps even more importantly, I work effectively with the investors and residents who are personally involved with our projects, because I understand the various considerations and concerns that matter most. Of course, I also work closely with my good friend Noam Shpalter, Investo Capital’s chairman and co-founder, to develop creative approaches and ensure we are building toward a common goal.WHY IT WORKS: Investo is currently active in 10 US states, Israel, and Portugal, managing a range of real estate projects such as multifamily, office buildings, commercial centers, tourism and leisure facilities, and more.
