Founded ShopLokal as an online platform application to enable consumers to easily shop from the comfort of their own home at their local grocery store. We ran successful test pilots in several Israeli cities and raised initial capital to launch the product live.

As an IT research and advisory service company we provided our clients with relevant business analysis – industry research reports, market projections, development strategies critical to their business decision process. Was highly involved in conducting financial modelling and forecasting, strategic planning and supporting my clients’ developments plans.

Oversaw activities of the retail sales outlets, encompassing planning, buildout and ongoing activities of new stores. Responsibilities included inventory management, collection decisions, visual displays, training and monitoring sales reps, client services and P&L accounting on both the store and product level.

Our team specialized in economic and business consulting for a wide range of companies and organizations. In my role I gained invaluable experience building a business plan and building financial models, conducting market research, and budgetary control and recovery plans for businesses in distress.
