Aspiring Organizational Consultant with a background in Psychology, passionate about optimizing workplace dynamics and improving organizational efficiency. My experience as a commander in the IDF Combat Engineering Corps sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Later, working as a bartender at the Ritz Carlton refined my ability to streamline operations under strongly regulated environments.
