- Life-cycle management: Manage products effectively through all stages of their life-cycle.- Product contribution: Monitor and manage overall financial performance and profitability – including accountability for revenue and cost performance. Ensure that revenue and profitability targets are met.- Product Strategy: Understand market trends impacting the product portfolio and work with stakeholders to determine risks, opportunities and recommended actions.- Product Development: Establish requirements and manage development through specification, build and delivery to market (including accountability for project completion on time and budget)- Forecasting / Reporting: Provide high quality reports and timely and accurate forecasts for product revenues, costs and physicals.- Product performance: Specify and monitor technical and service performance levels.- Marketing plans: Work with stakeholders including Marketing, Offer Management and Pricing to develop and implement appropriate pricing, channels, collateral and promotions.- Sales support: Define product value propositions for sales teams.
