ABOUT RAFFY:I am a finance and management executive with significant experience in M&A, due diligence and valuation, corporate turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance, and systems and solutions assessment and implementation. I have served as CFO for various companies in the US, typically supporting privately owned entities or private equity portfolio companies that are experiencing significant growth or navigating through financial/operational distress. I am experienced in developing blockchain securities offerings to raise capital for start-up and early growth companies, having managed all financial, legal, regulatory and investor relations matters for one of the first Security Token Offerings in the US. My background in regulatory and compliance affairs supported a ~$50mil initial STO phase for a domestic developer of mobile and web-based lottery games. I have served as a consultant to a wide spectrum of public companies, including Sybron, Yahoo!, Vivendi Universal and Countrywide. I have also consulted on systems analysis and development with several financial services organizations, including Chase, Morgan Stanley, USAA and Development Bank of Singapore. I have provided mentorship and advisory services to start-up organizations seeking grants through the National Science Foundation and other similar funding bodies and have served as Director of Congressional Relations for a Washington, DC-based political action committee. I currently serve on the board of directors for a global cloud services company and am a board advisor to companies in the agricultural industry.
