• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry, such as HR representatives, and business lines.• Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities aligned with EBI’s strategic goals.• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.• Manage and exceed assigned sales targets for training programs and other services• Secure the presence of relevant training experts at client meetings.• Organize alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to share market intelligence related to clients’ business.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and services.• Maintain and update clients’ information in EBI’s database.

• Coordinates training activities for participants of EBI training programs to provide efficient and well-run training for EBI clients.• Prepare announcement letters, emails, pricing for excising – new program and cooperating with other departments for design, printing and sending the flyers.• Setting meetings with banks in order to identify their training needs and requirements, training proposal and pricing for the desired programs.• Contact local facilitators to confirm their ability to deliver the program.• Meeting current/ new vendor to agree upon their offer or modified it according to the banking sector needs.• Coordinates pre-training activities to ensure correct attendance and course materials, handouts as well as the readiness of the venue of the training.• Coordinating training logistics (Venues, Facilities, Technical Supplies, Breaks, Materials, Handouts, Attendance, Evaluations, Agenda).• Responsible for opening, introduction, and introduce the facilitators for the trainees• Checking Material periodical.• Provide support to participants and facilitators and ensure the completion of EBI’s administration requirements.• Coordinate post-training activities to identify the participants feedback• Ensure that financial commitments are meet.• Follow-up for accuracy of certificate information.• Submit hard copy of new materials to EBI library for reference.• Maintain record of detailed cost of training programs for superior approval.• Submit and follow-up issuing the facilitators fees.
