Emirates Loves is a group of 14 different accounts catering to the various expat communities of the United Arab Emirates. ARN (formerly the Arabian Radio Network) is the UAE's leader in radio with over nine stations catering to the country's diverse populace. As a Digital Content Editor I was primarily in charge of creating blogs on ARN's new content hub - Feel Good Stories. Additionally, I supported two of the stations: Dubai 92 - an adult contemporary station and Tag 91.1 - Filipino community station in executing their digital agendas.• Led the growth of ARN’s new content hub; Feel Good Stories - a series of blogs.• Led the rebranding of Tag 91.1 on Instagram, ensuring it is consistent and exemplifies Filipino culture.• Educated radio presenters on best social media practices to create on-trend content.• Oversaw social media of Dubai 92 and Tag 91.1, creating timely content and weekly digital plans• Drafted video scripts and captions for network-wide posts, ensuring proper grammar and flow• Studied month-end reports on website, social media to create effective and engaging content.• Communicated with station directors and brand managers to plan content to cover monthly events.• Went on video shoots for station’s clientele and edited videos in line with branding guidelines.

MPN Social was the social media agency of MPN, handling multiple accounts - primarily Meraas destinations. During my short tenure with them I handled social media for Bluewaters - a premiere waterfront destination. It's also home of the world's largest Ferris wheel - Ain Dubai. Key highlights from my four month stint:• Increased followers for the Bluewaters account from 36,000 to 40,000 in 3 months.• Created monthly content calendars for various Meraas destinations.• Communicated with Meraas management to come up with social media strategies.• Utilised all aspects of social media, ie: posts, Stories to boost engagement and support for retailers.• Planned posts on social media accounts to ensure high engagement numbers.• Coordinated on-site photo shoots to create content for retailers within the destination.• Analysed data to create monthly digital reports for Meraas destinations’ social handles.

Khaleej Times is the longest running daily English newspaper in the UAE. It covers a wide variety of topics most importantly current events within the region and worldwide, the life and times of living in the UAE, sports, business and community activities. I also dabble in culture and arts and a penchant for quirky finds within Dubai.• Scouring the Internet for stories that are informative to the UAE community.• Monitoring current events around the globe.• Analyzing web traffic using tools such as Google Analytics.• Going out in the field when required to cover live events.• I also write for Khaleej Times' Diversions and Expressions column which comes out on the weekends. OutdoorUAE is the region's only magazine that discusses outdoor, adventure, travel and lifestyle to a high degree. Every month, we feature stories on enthusiasts and their experiences in the great outdoors in and out of the region.
