• Conduct pre-maintenance inspections of equipment, materials, and processes, proactively mitigating potential non-conformances before they occur.
• Perform ongoing inspections and testing throughout maintenance and operation activities, actively identifying and documenting any deviations from quality standards.
• Implement corrective action plans for identified non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project outcomes.

• Monitor daily operation to attain quality standards and perform inspections for all activities in the site.
• Supervise all activities on site and make sure that is according to standards and project specifications. Raise WIR and MIR for most work activities on the site.
• Raise NCR once needed in the project. Supervise field and third party lab tests to ensure all tests are done on time and review its reports.
• Meet with inspectors, engineers and contractors to determine corrective action required when there are discrepancies between work done and the approved plans, specifications and standards.
• Prepare material submittal for all products used in project.
• Prepare method Statement and ITP for site works.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Coordinating with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Understanding and Analyzing the UL systems implemented at the projects.
• Choosing the required samples to be tested in the site area.
