• Monitor daily operation to attain quality standards and perform inspections for all activities in the site. • Supervise all activities on site and make sure that is according to standards and project specifications. Raise WIR and MIR for most work activities on the site. • Raise NCR once needed in the project. Supervise field and third party lab tests to ensure all tests are done on time and review its reports.• Meet with inspectors, engineers and contractors to determine corrective action required when there are discrepancies between work done and the approved plans, specifications and standards. • Prepare material submittal for all products used in project. • Prepare method Statement and ITP for site works.• Maintain and support the project deliverables for a period of one year after completion. This includes troubleshooting any issues that may arise and making any necessary changes or updates.

• Coordinating with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection. • Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials. • Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning. • Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements. • Understanding and Analyzing the UL systems implemented at the projects. • Choosing the required samples to be tested in the site area. • Assisting and performing various different welding NDT tests and inspections under the direct supervision of the concerned expert. • Preparing respective reports addressing the data and highlighting the inspected location of the governing drawings.
