The Coverage teams build up strategic dialogue with the Bank’s large corporate andfinancial institution clients to anticipate their needs, furnish advisory services anddeliver Natixis’ comprehensive array of products and services. My role is to assist theSenior Bankers and Relationship Managers on several missions: - Drafting of analysis notes for credit committees (risk analysis, financial and sector analysis, strategic and competitive positioning, commercial relationship analysis, cross sell)- Participation in the origination of financing transactions (syndicated loans, structured financing) and equity transactions (M&A, ECM, DCM) in collaboration with Natixis' various business lines and the group's M&A boutiques in France and abroad- Financial modelling and simulation of profitability for financing operations (ROE, EVA, etc.)- Preparation of presentation materials for customer meetings (pitchs)- Prospecting, identification of potential clients, and preparation of presentation notes for Natixis’ Relationship Managers, Senior Bankers and Top Management (presentation of the company's activities, its market, current events and potential transactions that Natixis could propose)

Within CACIB's commercial bank, the International Middle Office assists CACIB and Crédit Agricole SA subsidiaries in setting up cross-border financing for French and international corporations. My missions were as follows: - Issuance of autonomous and SBLC guarantees at the request of the CACIB FrontOffices of the various international subsidiaries- Establishment and updating of reports for monitoring cross-border financing,monitoring of covenants and securities related to financing- Participation in the operational management of credits originated by CACIB unitsabroad, in collaboration with the Back Office and the International Fronts Offices- Interest calculations, forex issues solving;- Participation in the management of recorded transactions (loans, guarantees, short-term investments) with the Back-offices and central services;- Acquired knowledge on financial laws and global compliance
