Ohm co-founded The Witness Group in 2016 with the merger of Columbus, Ohio based Alliance Hospitality & Dayton, Ohio based KB Hotel Group. His leadership integrated company cultures, policies & procedures, and management systems. Also, Ohm spearheaded the branding vision for The Witness Group, which was well received and set the standard for the industry in terms of web design, social media outreach, and company branding. While still being a Director at The Witness Group, Ohm transitioned out of his CEO role The Witness Group at the end of 2019 to start his own independent development company, Moment Development. He has partnered with The Witness Group to help diversify their portfolio of real estate investments through a focus on mixed use development opportunities, and is also focused on targeted hotel development markets, which require more time, relationship development, and most importantly creativity, in making deals come together.

As Managing Director, Ohm is accountable for the execution of unparalleled management of Alliance Hospitality's Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is comprised of hospitality industry experts, representing hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Technology, and Procurement. As the company's visionary, Ohm has been innovative in putting comprehensive management policy and procedures in place to sustain high levels of associate satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and the profitability of the portfolio. Furthermore, his keen eye for design and creating distinct hotel products, makes Alliance Hospitality a trendsetter in the marketplace. Most recently, Ohm has bolstered the Executive Committee, by adding key positions to the team in Revenue Management, Operations, Accounting, and Human Resources. In addition, he has invested substantial resources in providing the Executive Committee with "real time" financial and forecasting technology. As Managing Director, Ohm's philosophy is to increase profitability with a focus on transparency and the free flow of information. As his role expands, Ohm is participating in hotel development decisions in terms of site selection, and financing. In the near future, he will be instrumental in launching Alliance Hospitality's investment and construction management companies, which will enable the enterprise to expand into gateway markets.
