Industrial Development Manager
• Annual elaboration of a detailed budget for the division, considering operational costs, team development, promotions, and more detailed and necessary costs.• Monitoring the development of engineering projects, whether internal or external, from conception to completion, including future contracting and project implementation.• Continuous pursuit of process optimization to increase operational efficiency of teams.• Implementation of quality assurance practices and continuous improvement, aiming for improved traceability, control of document changes, and the implementation of key indicators for team development.• Regular reporting of progress and challenges to leadership levels and involved teams.• Identification and evaluation of potential risks in projects, developing strategies for mitigation.• Direct involvement in critical project decision-making to overcome obstacles and challenges.• Ensuring that projects and processes comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.• Monitoring and approving the contracts for construction of new factories, or, new contracts for external project execution;• Developing and implementing project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives and harmonized with other institutional disciplines.• Participation in the strategic definition of the conception of corporate-interest factories.• Encourage my team to cultivating a culture of innovation by exploring and incorporating new technologies and engineering practices into projects under development by the team.
