• Formulate recruitment & selection processes till medical process.• Posting Job Vacancy Announcement and CV collection.• Interviewing calling for the new candidate• Follows up to join new staff.• Calculate the canteen payment and monthly OT balance for all staff.• Follow up for Leave Records. . Monthly Attendance for employees.• Handling and Managing Social Security Board (SSB) issues, Leave issues, Liaise with SSB Office.• Follows up and check for Lockers.• Follows up and Supports for Orientation and Others Training by HRM.• Prepare HR documentation such as Employee Contract, Confirmation Letters, Recommendation Letters, and Resignations Letter and so on.• Assists in the routine functions of personal administrative as well as employee welfare and benefits and all employee activities.• Make ATM Bank card for new employee.• Takes Photo of Employee of the month nominees and arrange Presentation Awards.• Prepares and post birthday employee list and announcement.• Prepares birthday party for employee on a monthly basis. • Follows up employee performance evaluation. • Takes responsibility for collection of performance evaluation from HOD. • Prepare monthly training report.
