Evaluate and analyze social and political developments of the four posts, monitor and edit program documents (briefing papers, MOUs, policy handbooks), advise senior leadership on programming, administrative policies, and decision-making.Manage all communications (written, in-person, oral, virtual) for the 4-month pre-departure learning continuum for over 250 candidates invited to serve in the Peace Corps each year. Review the staffing, fiscal budget, and programming plans (Integrated Planning and Budgeting Systems) for the four overseas posts, totaling over $7 million in annual program funds.Created a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the agency on steps to efficiently update all internal and external-facing systems in the event of a country name change (after the Prespa Agreement between North Macedonia and Greece in February 2019).
