As an ICD Program Mentor, Linda coaches professional organizers through the Level III CPO-CD certification program. Through this intensive 18-month training, the organizer improves their communication skills along with the quality of service, techniques and knowledge they provide their CD clients.

As Immediate Past President, Linda's responsibilities included serving on the Executive Committee, chairing the Nominating Committee, and advising the President as requested.

As President, Linda's responsibilities were diverse and included serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, serving as liaison to affiliated organizations, establishing strategic direction and governance, serving as ICD's official spokesperson, reviewing and approving annual budget, monitoring ICD's financial status, and developing the Board.

As President-Elect, Linda trained to become ICD President. Responsibilities included strategic planning, board development, budgeting, and special projects.

As a NAPO-NY Mentor, Linda helped Professional Organizers who were new to the NAPO-NY chapter on board so they could fully embrace their membership benefits, which included connection and access to a veteran organizer.

As NAPO Ambassador Liaison, Linda coordinated the Ambassadors from seven states who are responsible for welcoming new members to NAPO.

As ICD's (formerly NSGCD) Marketing Director, Linda served on the board and was responsible for increasing ICD's visibility both inside and outside the organizing industry. Coordinating teams of people, some of her projects included creating a Media section on the ICD website, designing promotional materials, developing ad campaigns and establishing a.

Linda established the NAPO-NY Golden Circle group in 1999. This group, which she led for 8 years, is comprised of veteran NAPO members that have been in the organizing industry for over 5 years. They meet quarterly to interact, exchange ideas and provide business support to one another.

Linda helped to create a successful computer graphics service bureau in New York City. She was responsible for developing policies and systems, hiring and working directly with clients to design and manage their projects.
