• Perform timely quarterly QA testing and reviews of BSA analyst work & related documentation across multiple financial crime segments.
• Perform monthly QA testing and reviews of investigation files that have been electronically submitted to FinCEN.
• Perform monthly QA testing of internal financial crimes reporting metrics provided to our executive committee.
• Identify gaps and deficiencies in related BSA functions, processes, policies and procedures and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the QA Manager.
• Support BSA QA Manager to develop training, assist with gap remediation and required enhancements.
• Participate in senior management meetings as appropriate to discuss patterns of errors or any high-risk individual cases.

• Collaborate with retail/commercial clients to assess financial position and develop strategic solutions: cross-sell Cash Management, Wealth Management and First Mortgage Products.
• Underwrite and service loans/lines of credit to professionals and entrepreneurs as well as small to medium size companies while collaborating with credit administration.
• Currently maintains a retail/commercial portfolio of $12MM+ deposits, $8MM+ loan commitments consisting of business and high net worth individual clients.
• Participate in various in-state/out-of-state events to position the bank as a leader within the territory, primarily campaign finance treasurers.
• Comprehensive knowledge in commercial and consumer bank policies, including documentation requirements, AML and BSA guidelines as well as federal banking regulations.
• Superior internal and FDIC platform audits. Last six (6) internal bank audits have resulted in low-risk grading.
