In this role, I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating technical project development. Create proposals and models to promote and increase the project's activity. Develop and implement work and operating plans for allocated project elements/components. Initiate the creation of training materials and manuals and perform mandatory training and workshops at various levels as needed. Visit the field to assess the situation and improve community mobilisation. Manage meetings, review project beneficiaries' performance and learning, and interact with project team members, cross-functional teams, and management to fulfil project milestones and deliverables. I also regularly update management on workflow and project performance.

In this role, I create guides to document processes and maintain organisational visions and goals. I also design projects across programs. I oversee projects and research and collaborate with all staff to ensure the implementation of programs and the actualisation of organisational goals.

In this role, I am charged with disseminating information about the on-the-ground initiatives of the organisation. Creating communication content, writing press releases, developing blog content, creating social media posts, tracking campaign analytics, and maintaining digital media archives. I also lead the organisation's exploration of other targeted campaigns.

In this role, I designed and implemented projects across programs. Oversaw all projects and research and collaborated with all staff to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and the actualisation of organisational goals. I made critical decisions on project implementation and management. And I reported directly to management.
