I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 2004. After completing my military service, I gained my first work experience as a maintenance engineer at Yünsa textile factory, where I managed two technicians and twenty maintenance staff. In this position, I also led six sigma projects in the hardware and technology group of EFQM quality systems.In 2012, with Yünsa's implementation of the TPM quality system, I was appointed as the maintenance chief. I led the planned maintenance pillar in TPM and established a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) named BEAM. Two years later, I was promoted to assistant maintenance manager, where I managed maintenance teams consisting of a total of seventy maintenance personnel. I ensured the establishment and application of the Kaizen and continuous improvement system in a computerized environment. As a result of these efforts, our failures decreased tenfold in six years.I also started a master's degree in computer engineering via distance learning. In 2019, I was appointed as the assistant manager responsible for maintenance and investments, planning investments, and guiding technical projects. I led the Early Equipment pillar in TPM and the "Management of Change in Facilities" leadership in the DuPont Process Safety Management system.In 2020, we won the TPM Excellence Award Category A from JIPM. This award has been proof of our successful work in the industry. In 2021, at Uğurteks factory, under the CEO, we implemented sustainability practices, established lean and agile management systems, and set company KPIs as the "Management Systems and Machine Energy Manager".In 2024, I started working as a "System Development Manager" at Kara Holding, which operates 15 different businesses.
