At Kara Holding, I analyzed the maintenance management systems of 14 factories according to TPM standards and prepared comprehensive reports detailing deficiencies with graphical analysis. I conducted feasibility studies for necessary investments in the dyeing facility with a focus on sustainability and presented my recommendations. In the Karafiber yarn operations, I implemented a lean and agile daily management system, defined OKRs and KPIs using the Hoshin Kanri philosophy, and established a monthly performance presentation format. This enabled the identification of real losses within the operations and the development of a performance tracking system on both individual and departmental levels. Additionally, I identified gaps in the supply chain and, using Six Sigma tools, developed and successfully presented a smart coding-based project to ensure alignment between materials, machinery, and accounting processes to the management.
