A few notable accomplishments from my tenure at Chapman Automotive Group of which I am incredibly proud include:• Increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency by leading large-scale migrations from legacy systems to a new consolidated DMS platform. • Expediting the launch of reconditioned vehicles to market and increasing the annual net profit by 5% by implementing used vehicle systems, boosting profitability, and decreasing turn time from 22 days to seven days in three years while reducing in-stock days from 60 to 45. • Coaching and developing seven directors through professional development, strong leadership, employee engagement, and training to strengthen key skills, support career progression, and build high-performing teams. • Serving as a key member of 10 advisory boards, providing subject matter expertise on product development, launch, and implementation and acting as the key liaison with software vendors, manufacturers, and credit bureau companies, demonstrating relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills.
