In conjunction in the development, fabrications of covert and overt devices, which results in over 15,000 clandestine. audio/video undercover cases with No detection of any of these covert devices and resulting in 100% conviction rate. His past narcotics and electronics experience provides a great insight on what electronic devices should be used in the field to fight war on drugs.
