- Verify Isometric Drawing issued by Design Company, create and updated master list of isometric drawing and status. - Follow up on-hold drawing and unclear isometric, interface Technical queries and issued red mark drawing. - Verify MTO, follow up status of purchased component base on project specification- Mark spool number on isometric drawing and create master list of spool for progress tracking. - Time by time chase the progress of fabrication and ensure project is executed within schedule time. - Calculate detailed cost for payment base on work progress, and cost of order variation.- Review and verified Procedures, WPS, ITP, punch list and material certificate.- Review and approve Manufacture Data Records (MDR). - Do inspection and control for material, Consumable, NDE, Dimensional fabrication, Surface preparation, Painting, galvanizing, rubber lining and pickling.- Monitor and carried out Inspection on all stage of works, since incoming material till shipment.- Final inspection prior delivery and approve inspection release certificate (IRC). Update shipment progress status.

Position Description :1. Prepare cost estimate for tender proposal.2. Position Description:Plan and organize all production process resource and responsible for production process management plan, flow, machine/equipment use and layout, and production run approval. Quality control of Incoming material, assembly production, testing, packing and shipping. Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) for Costumer Complaint. Attend customer verification and audit and responsible to implement customer recommendation and finding.

1. Monitor and carried out Inspection on all stage of works during fabrication. Verify material’s grade type and size against drawing requirements and material traceability documentations packages, in process and final visual inspection. Dimensional inspection and welding check during pre-welding and post weld status. Dimensional inspection after fabrication pre and final assembly to ensure fit and according to drawing.2. Prepare the inspection reports.3. Accompany client audit and spot inspection in the field.
