Performed a skill set survey at a BU level to determine the resourcing capabilities within the organizationCreated a Tableau dashboard showcasing the findings of the survey by mapping the active hiring roleswithin the organization to streamline resourcing needs in projects, thus reducing the TAT from ~75 days to 30 days
