Material Inspection & Equipment Calibration-To ensure material quality and conformity, conduct incoming inspections of all raw and packaging materials, including PET bottles, preforms, caps, labels, and shrink films.-Perform daily calibration of testing equipment and machines to ensure accuracy and reliability during production.-Inspect bottling equipment before and during operations, ensuring that all equipment functions correctly and any malfunctions are promptly reported and resolved.2. Product Quality Testing & Compliance-Carry out comprehensive beverage tests, including brix, carbonation, taste, appearance, date code, torque, turbidity, chlorine levels, hardness, total dissolved solids, fill height, and net content. Ensure all tests are conducted at the correct frequency as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).-Adhere to Good Lab Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Housekeeping (GHK) standards, ensuring that production processes maintain the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and quality control.-Follow HACCP principles, implementing necessary preventive measures to ensure product safety and due diligence throughout the production process.3. Process Documentation & Compliance Reporting-Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all inspections, tests, and equipment calibrations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.-Ensure that non-conforming products are quarantined immediately to prevent them from entering the production line, while maintaining detailed records of all deviations and corrective actions taken.
