 Provide technical and management support to the design, implementation and monitoring of projects activities in close collaboration with partners, government and key opinion leaders on the PEPFAR/CDC HIV/AIDs grant for Key populations.

Ensure Program achievements through technical administration and management.

 Provide technical and management support to the design, implementation, and monitoring of over 10 projects, reaching over 1000 Population. Design of Project Frameworks for projects ranging from Education, Health, Economic, etc. Develop grant writing proposals, advocacy and budgeting for Youth and Adolescent programs Trained and mentored students on the Introduction to M&E project, training over 100 students in basics of Monitoring and Evaluation for gainful skills, and employment resourcefulness.

 Had oversight and supervision on PEPFAR-CDC/ACHIEVE supported sites for different services across thematic areas, facilitated coordination of all treatment and Prevention in line with national policies and guidelines, and international best practice and provided prompt report on this to the organization. Developed Project Framework, specific monitoring and evaluation tools to match program activities, field monitoring plans and data quality assurance processes. Developed framework, work plan, and capacity development tools for training, grants, research papers, Survey design, etc.

 Trained M&E staff during mentoring and supervision, and new recruits at regular training and conference Evaluated the program, identifying areas that need improvement or alterations and making recommendations for changes. Analyzed state-level data on monthly basis, Including First and Second Level Data Reporting and provision of approved reports to the Head office Created reports of output data on a monthly basis, compiling information from all thematic areas of the program, back-stopped supported sites, responding aptly to Data Quality issues and ensuring effective running of program

 Identified bottle necks in implementing Program objectives, and proffered efficient solutions to these, worked with other programme officers and thematic areas to map out strategies to achieve set programme objectives and cover gaps identified. Conducted advocacy visits to key stakeholders within the state, facilities and other stakeholders Contributed to the development of program work plans, weekly and monthly program reports and quarterly data quality assurance (DQA)

 Managed the collection and processing of data and relevant information for stakeholder’s engagement Tracked clients identified during the abstraction to other facilities.
