We civic educate, by simplifying and localising complex jargon and issues in governance and sustainable development for youths to connect with, and use to influence decisions affecting their lives.2. We amplify grassroots voices by building vibrant ecosystems for grassroots creatives to flourish and actively contribute to development by expressing their community’s issues through art. 3. We support local change-makers such as medium-sized non-profits and community-based organisations to leverage social media to tell and amplify their stories in order to be visible, gain influence, raise resources and achieve their desired impact.My role involves strategic management, communications both internal and external and actively promoting our vision globally.

I make sure that my CEO spends very little time with administrative and organising duties. I also make sure that I prepare him well so that he is organised when meeting with clients or running any of his errands. My role allows him to maximise on the time he spends thinking about the company and ways to make it better.Additionally, by shadowing him, I get to learn the ways of a CEO, valuable lessons I need in preparation for when my turn comes.

I have learnt on the job and risen through the ranks to become the Senior Account Manager at Thellesi Co. Ltd. My job entails ensuring the current portfolio of clients that we are serving are seeing and appreciating our value and its impact on their work. Additionally, in this role, I oversaw projects from beginning to end, making sure that we met the clients needs.
