As an Equity Consultant, was responsible for supporting the Group General Manager of Remuneration to ensure ANZ’s employee share and rights plans operate effectively across 32 countries. Project manager for major annual vesting event for rights awards issued globally, to ensure compliance with employer withholding and reporting obligations in all locations for approximately 400 employees.
