Current•Monthly activity report including sales, monthly sector and market, customer visits etc. on mattersapproving the information reports and sharing them with the relevant persons.•Country/region/product-based sales budget, revision and realization reports, sales analysis reports, sales to control the identification of customers that are reduced or no longer available and reporting them to the relevant parties,•Market research and demand forecasting for emerging new product ideas,•Search for potential new customers ( End user, OEM, reseller ) and approve new Customer Database,•Approving the sales team's visits to customers and exhibitors at the fairs, their participation in the fair as a firm, and the list prepared by the sales team for the new fairs that can be attended,•To control the coordinated consolidation of the sales amount, sales prices, expense and investment budgets prepared regionally in the fields of activity according to the budget calendar, and reporting together with the unit cost analyzes and recommendations,
