Okan Altug is co-founder of CCEI, Ontario, CA, an alternative investment managament company.​Throughout his 30 years of experience within investment banking and asset management, Okan Altug has participated in various cross-border LBO, M&A and debt transactions.As the co - founder of Daruma Corporate Finance, he acted as Managing Partner between 1998-2016, where he was closely involved with the sourcing and facilitation of 300+ strategic and private-equity backed M&A deals along with debt & mezzanine transactions. Before Daruma worked in BNP Parisbas for 5 years, in NY financing of middle market leveraged buyouts.He is a member of Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) and member of board of directors of Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto, Canada.Okan Altug graduated from Saint Michel High School and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Bogazici University ( Istanbul ) and an MBA from Pace University (New York City ).
