- Responsible for procurement of piping materials (pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, bolts, gaskets etc.) , specialized & general construction materials.- Management of Material & Service Contracts & Addendums- Management of General Terms and Conditions Agreements- Obtain and compare quotes, then negotiate with vendors on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the best value for regarding project.- Track and expedite project materials with vendors for international project sites.- Follow up with headquarters and on-site project engineers/managers to ensure necessary materials are ordered.- Creating purchase orders from material requisition in ERP (Oracle).- Analysing ERP reports to identify other pending procurement activities.- Preparing the reports by using ERP data for checking historical procurement activities.- Reporting all procurement activities to senior management.- Preparation of the payment requests per Purchase Order terms.- Supporting the tender department in terms of all procurement activities of needed mechanical materials for potential EPC Projects.- Supporting the preparation of material requisitions for the items to be procured.- Reviewing of material take off for items to be procured.- Contributing to procurement digitalization projects.- Notify supply chain stakeholders to coordinate with QA Manager for Vendor Inspection Schedule.- Making pre-evaluation of the material transportation plan with logistics professionals.
