I live up to influence with a specific impact for a specific purpose.Taking a new perspective on a matter is not the easiest, yet the most influential thing. Most of the time, we position our perception and thinking so close to our challenges – within the pace, chaos and intensity of all events. All of us – including employees, leaders or common individuals – need assistance to take a few steps back/up/sideways and reframe our angle of view.This perspective of mine drives me today to support individuals and organizations. As a consultant with a multidisciplinary background, as well as experience in diverse businesses and cultures, I work on making the best use of my fields of expertise for this purpose.
