Architectural Design and Coordination

Fine Works Chief-Managing the fine works construction process for a total of 84 mansions consisting of 4 different types ranging from 300 m2 to 1500 m2.-Analyzing design projects and transferring them to the field.-Implementing applications in execution projects.-Ensuring the continuity of manufacturing stages through monitoring and control: -Wall constructions, -Mechanical-electrical infrastructure constructions, -Plaster constructions, -Floor covering constructions such as marble, ceramic, parquet, and carpet, -Door and window constructions, -Kitchen and bathroom furniture constructions, -Facade, landscape, and pool constructions.-Coordinating all subcontractors by creating a work program.-Conducting final inspections of the manufacturing before delivery.

Fine Works Field Architect-Reviewing design projects and preparing implementation projects.-Supervising and monitoring the application of the project in the field.-Conducting site survey works before the design phase.-Preparing quantity take-offs before procurement.-Initiating manufacturing processes and technically monitoring them,(including wall constructions, mechanical-electrical infrastructure constructions, passive fire escape isolation constructions, plaster and wallpaper constructions, natural stone and ceramic constructions, carpentry and furniture constructions, cladding constructions, facade-related constructions).-Ensuring and managing coordination of mechanical, electrical, architectural, and site activities according to the work program.-Identifying and monitoring the use of materials compliant with specifications.-Conducting quality control of manufacturing and delivering to the Marriott Westin operation.
