Plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan alongside with Head, Risk Management and Internal Control.Conduct risk assessment of all departments.Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to Head, Risk Management and Internal Control and provides recommendations for improving the organisation's operations.Evaluate compliance with existing Diamond PFC's policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed.Review the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and ensure that all action items are resolved.Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures.Conduct physical verification of fixed assets.Ensure daily vouching of processed and posted tickets.Ensure monthly review of reconciliations.Prepare and render monthly Risk Management Report to National Pension Commission (PenCom).Prepare and render monthly activity report to Internal Control division of Diamond Bank Plc.Liaise with Corporate Audit and Internal Control of the Bank (Diamond Bank).Prepare Risk Management MIS Report.Evaluate the organisation's readiness in case of business interruption, through contingency site review.Carry out other adhoc tasks as assigns by Head, Risk Management and Internal Control.

Evaluate company's compliance program alongside with Head, Compliance.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Prepare and render monthly and quarterly Pension Returns to PenCom via RMAS Platform. Prepare and render weekly Mandatory Cash Transaction Reports to Nigeria Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).Prepare and render ad-hoc reports as may be requested by PenCom, CBN or NFIU etc.Prepare of monthly and quarterly Compliance Report to PenCom and DPFC Board alongside with Head, Compliance.Prepare and render monthly compliance report to Compliance Department of the Bank (Diamond Bank).Monitor regulatory changes, and report regulatory updates to Head, Compliance.Investment monitoring and ensuring compliance with Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars issued by PenCom etc.Liaising with Regulators.Liaising with Compliance Department of the Bank (Diamond Bank).Follow up on pension contribution collection and benefit payment processes
