• Preparation of project work plans, staff allocation and time schedules. • Liaising between both internal and external stakeholders.• Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the project team.• Identifying service needs and mapping out of the project beneficiary area.• Coordination of team members who include; Surveyors, Environmentalists, Socio-economists, Electro-Mechanical Engineers, Financial Analysts and Draughtsman among others.• Undertaking field visits to monitor the implementation of projects, analysis and evaluation of projects to ensure achievement of set objectives and then proposing action plans and operational procedures to ensure proper project management and implementation;• Developing concept papers, project proposals, budgets, and standard operating procedures for water and sanitation projects.• Providing technical advice on procurement, supply, designs, and installation of equipment.• Prequalification and tender documentation to FIDIC and World bank procedures, including evaluation of tenders; construction supervision. • Preparation and presentation of feasibility, design, progress, completion reports, bidding and contract documentation.• Project Procurement & Bid Evaluation, Project Management and administration, Project Quality Control, Project Monitoring & Verification.• Operator training, testing and commissioning of completed works,• Attendance during defects liability period.
