1. Responsible for developing and implementing business development plan that is aligned with overall corporate vision, strategy and targets of transportation business.2. To continuously leads and improves overall account performance through the monitoring of the consistency of the key performance indicators that are mutually agreed with the customers and the respective accounts managers.3. To manage customer relationship with the aim of improving existing customer satisfaction and account profitability throughout the region.4. To build and develop our network of Trucking transportation vendor management and relationship, and further drive service level support through effective operations coordination with our transportation partners.5. 1. Planning and monitoring Inbound and Outbound deliveries.2. Supervising Logistics, Transportation and Customer services.3. Responding to any issues or complaints.4. Researching ideal shipping techniques and routing5. Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.6. Updating and evaluating metrics to access performance and implement enhancements 7. Ensuring all operations adhere to Laws, guidelines and ISO requirements.8. Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.9. Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profit.10. Finding way to cut costs and maximize profits.11. Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.12. Ensuring strict serving and maintenance time to minimize downtime.13. Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.14. Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.15. Creation of ORION masters16. Trip Orders and Trip invoice using ORION

1. Supervising Logistics operations.2. Supervising Tracker and guiding them on Orion entries3. Assisting fleet manager to prepare some monthly reports.4. Monitoring drivers performance.5. Resolving driver issues/motivating driver for great performance.6. Reconciliation with customer at the end of the month.7. Utilizing GPS system to monitor driver and track Vehicles in case of theft.8. Request and plan route for diesel and sent to the manager for approval
