Developing and enhancing SwiftPass Mobile Payment Products line to align with the overseas market requirements such as:a. Acquirer Solution i. Determine the biggest local E-wallets in SEA to be accepted on SwiftPass Acquiring platform (Currently supports Wehcat Pay, Alipay, Grab Pay, GCash, Pay Pay). ii. Accept Card Scheme (Visa & MasterCard) on the acquirer platform to provide one stop for Acquirer banks to use SwiftPass solution to accept Cards & Mobile transactions. b. Issuer Solution i. Enhance SwiftPass standard E-Wallet functions and performance. ii. Work on white labeling and customizing the E-Wallet for banks iii. Enhance the Wallet Security by introducing the Card Tokenization process iiii. EMVco QR Code based. v. Explore PSD2 Opportunities and APIs to develop a new product for EU Region. vi. Work on building a Fraud Management module to reduce the transactions fraud.c. Vertical solutions i. Cash Remittance 1. Explore different channels for global cash remittance using Scheme network, virtual accounts, and blockchain platform. 2. Understand Ripple Solution and determine the possible opportunities in cash Remittance. ii. Explore the international market requirements on value added services such as: 1. Smart Parking 2. Smart Catering / Ordering 3. Smart Hospital 4. University bill payment Via QR code. 5. Wallet to Wallet Payment.2- Manage and organize the communication flow between Business development team and product team to enhance the efficiency and reduce the redundant work.3- Attend Meetings with BD Team to showcase SwiftPass payments products and understand the customer and market requirements and explore the possible cooperation opportunities.4- Help Product Managers to fully understand the business and technical requirements to better design and develop products that can fit the market needs.

I worked through “sunson tech technologies” one of the solution provider for china union pay to Develop, Maintain and customize KIOSK, ATM, and POS applications upon customer’s needs. Develop all front end application which will be installed on the kiosk.Integrates the kiosk front end application with the customer back end system for authentication, verification and authorization for payment transactions. (XML/ web-service).Supporting customers in case they have any technical issues with the machine hardware components. Supporting International marketing and sales team for any customer’s technical questions and provide a technical solution for the customer’s needs.

Develop, maintain and customize Applications for core banking using “COBOL - DB2 Database” and “JAVA - Oracle Database” such as: - Payment System “MasterCard & Visa” Modify Acquirer system programs to include the payments system updates twice per year. Develop programs to prepare outgoing files in order to exchange with payment systems. Develop Programs to decrypt incoming file in order to process all incoming transactions. - Mobile payment applications “Phone Cash”. Design and Develop full portal for Agent Registration and fees customization per agent using JAVA EE & IBM DB2. Develop Settlement Programs for Merchants Settlement using COBOL- Acquirer system applications: Develop Programs to create Accounting entries for debit and credit Merchants account. Develop and Create JCLs for run daily Acquirer batch twice per day. Develop programs to define merchants automatically on the Acquirer system using batch cycle instead of manual definition which reduce both time & effort by 90%.- Promotions campaigns: Develop promotion campaigns programs such “Cash-Back”, “loyalty System”, “El AHLY points” using COBOL & IBM DB2.- Time management application: Develop Time Management & Task Tracking Website for Track Request status from initiating till applying on production environment using JAVA EE and SQL Server 2008R2 Database.- Date Cleansing: Develop DB2 SQL Queries to Remove redundant, duplicate, incompatible data from Acquirer Database- Production Problems: Solve all problems which occurs on production environment on a daily basis.
