Specifically orientated, with a strong technical background, ready-built omnidimensional assessment system, established cooperation with independent technical experts, and a vast net of connections in the sector.Being an acting leader of the company I'm engaged in the next activities:--   managing daily recruitment operations--   hiring, mentoring and building personal development plans for every team member--   creating the foundations for the network of freelance recruitment contractors--   building internal workflow, knowledgebase, and management system--   maintaining internal financial documentation and analytics --   designing the basis of the brand and managing marketing activity--   carrying out training programs on growing HR-culture in expert fields--   leading consulting projects on building HR-processes in technological companies--   coaching on shaping professional aims, effective job placement and composing career plans--   conducting interviews with back-end and front-end developers as well as project managers--   developing all-round system for technical specialists' assessment.

The start-up focused on producing dynamic surfaces for indoor and outdoor advertising spaces. I was responsible for developing marketing basis and strategy, designing new products, building partnership with advertising agencies, negotiating with clients, creating concepts, providing research and gathering feedback.

The advertising agency fellow subsidiary to National Box Promotion (K2 East Promotion, the Klitchko brothers company). The company's primary activities were in events management, sponsorship and publicity. While being in Kyiv top 10 advertising agencies in 2005 the company was virtually dwelt in the middle of 2006 due to its leader leaving. The paramount tasks for me were to provide re-branding, revitalize the team, build sponsorship department and to make company profitable again.

The web development team. As a project manager, I was responsible for communicating with clients and investors, gathering requirements and writing documentation, planning roadmaps/workflow and controlling GTD, team recruitment, training, and management. Also, I was engaged in the development, code reviewing, and creating the architecture of the internal framework and CMS.
