Frontend Engineer
Current- Successfully developing a digital lending web application (called Pinang Dana Talangan) to helping 50.000+ "Agen BRILink" user growth transaction rapidly by bailout their balance- Successfully delivering Pinang Dana Talangan product to production that has been impacting net income increase up to 80%.- Successfully for creating a CMS web application for managing the content that available inside Pinang Dana Talangan such as FAQ content, promotional banner and controlling specific information to user.- Crafting a pixel perfect various reuseable component using primitive element for unification user interface component across various applications product and resulting development speed process using various technologies such as radix ui, react aria, schadcn, tailwind, and build tool by esbuild to make single package per component.- Build a design system to provide documentation UI component for both UI designer team and Frontend development to increasing collaboration using Storybook.- Demonstrated ability in deciding and researching suitable technological stacks for optimal project outcomes using Turborepo to setup Monorepo to maximize productivity by sharing code functionality between application.- Conducting comprehensive code reviews with peer's team members to evaluate best practices code and maintain the structure code of project.- Committed to fostering a knowledge-sharing culture by mentoring team members, enhancing overall team competencies.- Proven capability to manage and delegate tasks effectively within a small team and ensuring project timelines are met.
