Hey there! I'm Jen, a self-taught entrepreneur and branding enthusiast who kicked off my career in the early 2000s alongside my husband. We dove headfirst into the world of creativity, helping friends and family launch their dream businesses and nonprofits. Crafting experiences that whisk people away from the mundane and into the extraordinary became our jam… it still is! I had the incredible opportunity to work under Andy Stanley, a renowned leadership teacher. From him, I learned the art of crafting vision statements that pack a punch and rallying teams around a shared mission. Fast forward to SolidRoots, my family-run board game venture that grew into a multimillion-dollar success. SolidRoots was acquired by Spin Master in 2022 making the sky the limit for our family to stretch our creative muscles. As the VP of Brand Marketing, I keep the creative sparks flying and the games rolling. (Side-note: do you work with your family? It’s the agony and the ecstasy, am I right?)Flywheel is my playground for empowering entrepreneurs to chase their dreams. Sometimes, all you need is someone to believe in your idea and help you go from 0 to 1. I have a goal of helping 1 million people reach their potential. We chose (for better or worse) to unschool our kids. Yep, we ditched the textbooks for real-world adventures, business ventures, and those deep, soul-searching chats about life and making a difference. I used to say our decision was TBD, but the results are in and we have two incredibly mature, smart, creative, and empathetic young adults to show for it! Not always easy, but worth it!I'm all about shaking up the education system and believe it needs a major makeover to prep kids for the real world. Napoleon Academy is the solution I have to offer.
